What is PHYD.com?

PHYD is the Adecco Group company that, through the phyd.com platform, will take care of your training.

Why am I having display problems in PHYD.com?

PHYD supports updated versions of Chrome, Safari browsers from mobile, tablet and pc. Edge The Internet Explorer browser is not supported. If you are using the correct browser clear your cache, clear your cookies, and update your browser to the latest version.

I have chosen the courses but have not yet received any email to access them

You will only be able to attend the courses of your choice when you receive the confirmation email from Adecco Associates <associates@adecco.it> with Subject: PAC_ Adecco Project Launch. It is necessary to wait for the technical time for project activation.

Can&apos;t find PHYD email to participate in courses

If you use a Libero email box, it prevents you from receiving email from PHYD.

To fix the situation follow this procedure:

I have completed the course, but I cannot download the certificate of attendance

Contact supporto@phyd.com by including the word "ATTESTATION" in the subject line of the email, attaching the screenshot of successful finalization of the course, taking care to include your browser frame as well.

Remember that the supported browser is Chrome, and we recommend that you update it and clear your history and cache. In 24 hours you will be enabled to download your certificate of attendance.

IMPORTANT Only complete applications with the following information will be taken into consideration:

  • E-mail with the subject line "ATTESTATION;
  • Description of the issue in the body of the e-mail;
  • Attach screenshots of successful finalization of the course.

Why can&apos;t I access the courses?

To access the courses you must necessarily register at phyd.com. To do this, use the email you received with the enrollment notification.

What should I do if I don&apos;t receive the platform registration email or have trouble registering?

If you did not receive the registration email or are having trouble signing up, contact supporto@phyd.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may also want to check your spam folder and updates.

Why don&apos;t I see my company&apos;s chosen courses?

  • It is possible that you signed up with an email other than your official company email, thus not showing as a PHYD Organizations user. Contact supporto@phyd.com to solve the problem.
  • You may be looking for content that has not been selected by your company, to which you therefore do not have access. Contact your company for clarification.
  • If you have joined the PAC project and have chosen the courses, you will be able to start taking them once you receive the confirmation email from Adecco Associates <associates@adecco.it >with Subject: Starting PAC Project_ Adecco. It is necessary to wait for the technical time for project activation.
  • If your case does not fit the two cases listed above, please contact supporto@phyd.com by including the word "SUPPORT" in the subject line of the email and providing information about it. Timing
We take in e-mails arriving at supporto@phyd.com on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

I did not require the TAG - code of conduct or SA8000 course.

The courses were assigned to you by Adecco as our STI worker, so we strongly recommend that you take them.

Why should I carry out the very courses you indicate?

The courses for which you received notification of enrollment were selected directly by Adecco for you as an STI worker. Their use, therefore, is strongly recommended for your professional development.
