PHYD was founded with the full awareness that the labor market and people need an entity that can enhance Human Capital on an ongoing basis and in a multigenerational logic People are, in fact, the most important strategic asset for the country and its businesses, which today are called upon to face a very delicate competitive, geo-political and socio-economic environment.
